How We Do It
What makes our authentic Carolina Style Barbecue so popular are the taste and quality of our product. Our fresh pork is slow cooked with hickory and pecan wood for over 18 hours in our custom built brick pit. Slow cooking our meats and basting them with our 70 year old vinegar based sauce ensures you will be eating the moistest and most succulent, meat. Our meat is then hand-pulled, guaranteeing the healthiest and leanest product possible. Our whole chickens and ribs are grilled and cooked to perfection with hickory charcoal and basted with our sauce. This is what makes it unforgettable, and drives our customers back time and time again. With a menu that includes fresh southern specialties like sweet white corn in the husk, Brunswick stew, homemade coleslaw and sweet cornbread, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
