LowCountry Barbecue Terms & Conditions

Delivery Hot or Cold

  • Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance
  • Confirmation email will be sent
  • Order is confirmed once your email response is received back at LowCountry
  • Delivery and setup between 9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week
  • Delivered in easy to cleanup containers
  • A minimum delivery order of $150 does apply
  • A delivery charge of 15% is added to your total (no less than $30, but not to exceed $75)
  • A delivery outside our 25 mile radius is subject to a travel charge of $1.00 per mile
  • Any cancellations, or changes to orders must be done 24 hours in advance

Carryout Hot or Cold

  • Carryout at our 2000 South Pioneer Dr, Smyrna location between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday or 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday
  • Meats can be vacuum sealed for easy traveling, or placed in easy to cleanup containers
  • Sides are placed in easy to cleanup containers

Service Delivery

  • A LowCountry Barbecue staff member remains onsite for 3 hours to assist with the food/drink stations, and clean up
  • Service Deliveries have a $75 flat delivery and setup fee, and a labor charge of $200.00 for our staff member to be onsite for 3 hours
  • Service deliveries are for parties of 20 to 60 people (for parties greater, please contact one of our sales representatives, 404-352-1121)
  • Any service delivery outside our 20 mile radius is subject to a travel charge of $1.00 per mile
  • Service Deliveries do not include equipment

LowCountry Express Boil – Call one of our sales representatives to place an order, 404-352-1121, or email at sales@lowcountrybbq.com.

  • A LowCountry Barbecue staff member remains onsite for 3 hours tending to the boil and buffet/drink stations, as well as assisting in clean up.
  • Express boils have a $75 flat delivery and setup fee, and a labor charge of $250 for one staff member to be onsite for 3 hours
  • Express boils serve parties of 20-60 (for parties greater, please contact one of our sales representatives, 404-352-1121)
  • Express boil includes all equipment
  • Any express boil outside our 20 mile radius is subject to a travel charge of $1.00 per mile
