LowCountry’s bread and butter…pulled pork barbecue. It’s how we got the name “The South’s True Cue.” Our whole hams smoked for over 18 hours with pecan and hickory wood, then hand-pulled and lightly sprinkled with LowCountry seasoning, and gently tossed with our 73 year old vinegar based barbecue sauce.
