Corn in the Husk

Ingredients:
- Sweet White Whole Corn (1 per person)
- Butter (melted)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions::
- Bring a large pot of water to a SIMMER
- Cut off the top 2 inches of the ear of corn to remove the silk
- Remove the outer leaves of the husk down to the fresh green leaves
- Simmer corn for 30 minutes
- Remove from water and drain
- Run under cold water as you pull back the husk
- Wrap a napkin around the husk and dip into melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
