Our event was perfect! Truthfully, it was one of the most “fun” parties we can remember. Jen and her staff had everything so under control that the flow of the evening was seamless, and everyone had a wonderful time. Did I mention that the food was delicious? Especially the macaroni and cheese! We are so grateful to all at LowCountry for making our party such a success.

Bennett I send along thanks to you for coming out to the site visit and working out all the logistics. We will definitely keep LowCountry Barbecue on our list of “favorite” caterers.

First off - Your guys were absolutely amazing.  I can't tell you how many wonderful comments I heard about the outstanding customer service, how friendly they were, how professional and helpful they were and the list went on and on. Your food speaks for itself - incredible! Nothing but rave reviews from everyone.  The leftovers disappeared instantly during lunchtime today - could it have gotten even better overnight?

It has been such a pleasure to work with LowCountry Barbecue.  Hopefully we can make this a yearly event.

Lillian and I want to thank your staff and you for being part of Brett and April's wedding! The food was so amazing, and we had so many comments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the buffet! Also, to make the evening complete, Chicago and his team did a fantastic job on all facets of the evening. They made the event very special for Brett and April! By the way, we did our walk-through at the end of the night, everything was left in great order, we did find one gray napkin and a fork. I wanted to brag on LowCountry. I went to a wedding reception at the Marietta Garden Center Saturday that was catered by LowCountry. I have to say great food, and your service staff was superb. I've been to more than a few receptions at that location and I've never seen the food service go so smoothly or a more professional group of servers. They did a first class job informing the guests about the food options, the bar was very well run (in spite of the heat) and in most cases your staff had used plates gathered the moment they hit the tables set aside for that purpose. I can't tell you how many times I've seen caterers at that venue without a clue as to what to tell guests to do with discarded dishes much less keep those areas cleared. Did I mention the food? Really excellent pork and chicken, slaw, mac and cheese. Your vinegar sauce reminds me of all the best I sampled when I lived in the Carolinas.

They were in disbelief with the price point for such an AMAZING spread. Chicago was equally as impressive! He did a phenomenal job and was so engaging with the group. I recently attended a wedding reception at the Botanical Gardens, and your barbecue was the main course. I grew up in north Alabama and when I left, I gave up on getting decent barbecue. I was raised on Woodall's (Decatur) and Whitt's (Athens). Barbecue here in South Carolina is a poor substitute and not really worthy of the name. Your barbecue is by far the best I have had in the last 30 years. Thank you for taking me back home to Alabama, if only for a little while. It was really, really great! Have you ever tried the sweet slaw that is served on a barbecue sandwich in north Alabama? Five cups of chopped cabbage, 1 cup of white vinegar, 1 cup of sugar. Mix and chill. Really makes a sandwich tasty. Again, thank you. I really enjoyed it. Brought some home and I just ate the last of it, on a sandwich with some of my slaw.

The steak dinner last night was on the money. The team really enjoyed the steaks and all of the sides. With the exception of two baked potatoes and a little bit of banana pudding, there was nothing left! Kevin and Brett did a super job of having everything ready and then helping us get cleaned up. They even made the rounds to all of the tables to check on the quality of the food and cleared plates as guys finished. Thank you very much for the role you guys played in making this a successful evening. I really think it is fitting that a Pace alum would be part of starting this tradition. Hopefully this will be a tradition that will be repeated many more times in the years to come!

Martha and Bennett… I just wanted to send a quick note to say that Kevin did a fantastic job at my house last night for the small Home Depot party you all catered. He was very organized, thorough, slipped behind the scenes when he needed to and socialized at an appropriate level with my family and guests in a really nice and unobtrusive way. Just wanted to pass that along. And, of course, the food was awesome. All the guests raved and my family and I are looking forward to grazing on the leftovers all weekend.

The BBQ at Renee Dye's two weeks ago was great. As usual, the food was excellent and the staff was easy to work with. I really enjoy doing the summer picnic every year knowing that I do not need to worry about anything - as you and your crew always takes such good care of all the details. The tent worked out nicely - and the fans in each corner of the tent were a great improvement (I think we just had the bog fans in 2 corners last year instead of the smaller ones mounted at each corner). Thanks again - and hopefully we can be back at the Kelly's again next summer.

They were very proactive in making sure that all of our guests were served and that their needs were met. From their initial arrival to their departure they made sure that everything went smoothly, and for this we are truly grateful.
